Suzanne Matty, LCSW-C
Suzanne works with individuals and couples seeking meaningful change in their lives. She strives to understand, counsel, and empower clients who are coping with persistent anxiety, depression, existential challenges, or the impact of loss and trauma.
Her goal is to serve as both guide and collaborator, helping clients develop a stronger sense of self and the practical skills needed not only to cope, but to grow. Suzanne assists clients in navigating decision-making, lifestyle adjustments, and major life transitions. Through therapy, clients gain greater awareness of their strengths and limitations, identify unhelpful relationship and life patterns, and learn to remove the barriers standing between themselves and a more balanced, fulfilling, and purposeful life.
Suzanne also works extensively with couples seeking to rebuild connection and trust. She helps partners address patterns of conflict, loss of affection, and communication difficulties, guiding them toward healthier dynamics that promote mutual understanding and deeper connection.
